1. Description/Use

Barabus kindly granted me permission to convert his Cooking Range/Oven mesh from the Morrowind format to Oblivion. He created this model originally as part of the Barabus Fireplaces 2 mod for Morrowind.

Although this is being released primarily as a modder's resource, I have included a sample .esp file if you'd like to see the Range/Oven model in the game. After loading the .esp, head over to the Two Sisters Inn in Skingrad. The oven will be near the wine casks on the main floor.

2. Other Information

I have included both an animated and static version of the oven door (named BarabusRangeDoorAnimated.nif and BarabusRangeDoorStatic.nif). The animated version needs to be set up as a door in the CS. Please note that you will also need to rotate the animated door in the CS when you place it because it is upside-down. (this was a side effect of copying the animation from a Bethesda door). The static version of the oven door would work well for those that want to set it as a container or activator.
